20210901: New version dated 27/08/2021 with changes vs. previous version:
- Corrects a bug that affected only codes other than those for CGGTTS (outside L1-L2-L5 frequencies), bug likely introduced in Version dated 19/01/2021.

20210729: New version dated 12/07/2021 with changes vs. previous version:
- Processes BDS3 signal B1C (RINEX identification C1D or C1P) and stores results with acronym BC.
- BDS3 signals B1C (output code BC) and B2a (output code B5) are now processed by default.
- Corrects error that assigned the RINEX 2 code C7 to both B2 and B7 


20210422: New version dated 22/04/2021 with changes vs. previous version:
- Corrects the identification of BDS2 B1/B2 codes in RINEX 2 files (case of files transformed from RINEX 3). Error introduced in version 20200219.

20210401: New version dated 19/01/2021 with changes vs. previous version:
- More robust estimation of baseline between antenna phase centers, always running a second iteration of the phase baseline.
- Option APRBAS to use the vector (X0 Y0 Z0) as a priori baseline (meters) for the phase baseline computation.
- Option FIXBAS to fix the vactor (X0 YO Z0) as the baseline (previously this option was implicit with the presence of the vector).
- Option ELMIxx to change the minimum elevation of the retained observations (default = 5 degrees).
- Modify help message to indicate new options and to clarify that the optional field to enter a priori coordinates is NOT part of the OPTION field.

Invoking the executable

20180302: Changes vs. previous version
- Restore reading of Rinex V2.10 that was unwillingly removed in 20170727.  Allow 'C1W' and 'C2W' as P1/P2 in Rinex V3.


20180207: Changes vs. previous version
- Corrects a bug that could make that some satellites were not retained on some days, so that the number of measurements used
in the corrected version is larger or equal to that in the previous version. In any case, the results are statistically equivalent.


20170829: Changes vs. previous version
- Accept Rinex files version 2 with up to 36 satellites per epoch.


20170727: Changes vs. previous version
- Accept Rinex files version 2 or version 3. Comparison is still only for GPS codes P1 (C1P), P2 (C2P), C1 (C1C), C2 (C2C or C2X)
Tested for version 2.11 and 3.01.


20161213: Warning mentioned on 20161212 correctly implemented.


20161212: Changes vs. previous version
- In case of "pseudorinex" files without phase data, detect this and add a Warning that baseline has been computed with codes only.
The previous version did not expect to find rinex files without phases but apparently did the job correctly.


20161202: Changes vs. previous version
- Expand filenames to allow processing duration (in days) with two digits.
- Improve the determination of the baseline solution.
In most cases, there will be no change in the results of the baseline solution, thus no change in the code differences.
In some cases, it may happen (in version 20160329) that the baseline solution obtained from the phases is biased 
because the initial baseline obtained from the codes was itself biased because of poor detection of wrong code measurements.
The symptom is when the correction obtained from the phases to the a priori baseline is larger than one meter e.g.
 Computed baseline L1 (X,Y,Z)/m =      2.685     0.070     3.210
 RMS of residuals L1 /m =      0.005
 Computed baseline L2 (X,Y,Z)/m =      2.684     0.072     3.210
 RMS of residuals L2 /m =      0.005
Indeed, under good conditions with a few days of data, the a priori baseline obtained from the codes should be well within 1 m of the final baseline.
USERS ARE WARNED OF THIS POTENTIAL PROBLEM WITH VERSION 20160329 THAT MAY AFFECT THE CODE DIFFERENCES BY UP TO 1 NS.
