TAI is a realization of coordinate time TT. The following tables give the fractional deviation d of the scale interval of TAI from that of TT (the SI second on the geoid), i.e. the fractional frequency deviation of TAI with the opposite sign: d = -yTAI. In this section, a frequency over a time interval is defined as the ratio of the end-point phase difference to the duration of the interval. Whenever needed, the instability of EAL should be expressed as the quadratic sum of three components with t in days: (1) a white frequency noise of 1.7x10**-15 / sqrt(t), (2) a flicker frequency noise of 0.35x10**-15 and (3) a random walk frequency noise of 0.2x10**-16 x sqrt(t). The relation between EAL and TAI is given in Circular T and the BIPM Annual Report on Time Activities. In the first table, d is obtained, on the given periods of estimation by comparison of the TAI frequency with that of the given individual Primary and Secondary Frequency Standards (PFS/SFS). In this table: uA is the uncertainty originating in the instability of the standard, uB is the combined uncertainty from systematic effects, ul/lab is the uncertainty in the link between the standard and the clock participating to TAI, including the uncertainty due to the dead-time, ul/TAI is the uncertainty in the link to TAI, u is the quadratic sum of all four uncertainty values. Ref(uB) is a reference giving information on the values of uB or is the Circular T where the reference was first given. uB(Ref) is the uB value stated in this reference. Note that all uncertainties may vary over time and that the current uB values are generally not the same as the peer reviewed values given in Ref(uB). See "http://www.bipm.org/jsp/en/TimeFtp.jsp" for previous issues of Circular T and individual Reports of Evaluation of Primary and Secondary Frequency Standards that explain changes in uncertainties. For the SFS, uSrep represents the recommended uncertainty of the secondary representation of the second and Ref(uS) provides the reference for the frequency of the transition and its uncertainty uSrep, these two fields are not applicable to PFS. All values are expressed in 10**-15 and are valid only for the stated period of estimation. [UTC(USNO)_GPS] and [UTC(SU)_GLONASS] are, respectively, UTC(USNO) and UTC(SU) as predicted by USNO and SU and disseminated by GPS and GLONASS. The C0 and C0' values provide realizations of GPS time and of the prediction of UTC(USNO) broadcast by GPS, as obtained using the values [UTC-UTC(OP)] and the GPS data taken at the Paris Observatory, corrected for IGS precise orbits, clocks and ionosphere maps. The C1 and C1' values provide realizations of GLONASS time and of the prediction of UTC(SU) broadcast by GLONASS, as obtained using the values [UTC-UTC(AOS)] and the GLONASS data taken at the Astrogeodynamical Observatory Borowiec (AOS). N0, N0', N1 and N1' are the numbers of measurements; when N0, N0', N1 or N1' is 0, the corresponding values in the table are interpolated. The standard deviations S0, S0', S1 and S1' characterize the dispersion of individual measurements. The actual uncertainty of users’ access to GPS and GLONASS times may differ from these values. For this edition of circular, S0= 1.2 ns, S0'= 1.3 ns, S1= 6.5 ns, S1'= 6.4 ns 2015 0h UTC MJD C0/ns N0 C0'/ns N0' C1/ns N1 C1'/ns N1' FEB 26 57079 1.1 90 3.2 90 207.1 87 196.1 86 FEB 27 57080 1.1 89 2.4 89 205.5 89 193.8 89 FEB 28 57081 2.4 89 2.7 89 207.5 87 195.5 87 MAR 1 57082 3.7 89 2.0 89 206.5 88 194.2 88 MAR 2 57083 3.8 89 1.4 89 202.7 83 190.4 83 MAR 3 57084 3.5 89 1.0 89 200.3 88 188.7 88 MAR 4 57085 2.5 89 0.2 89 199.3 80 188.6 80 MAR 5 57086 2.3 89 1.7 89 199.4 76 189.8 74 MAR 6 57087 0.8 75 0.0 75 200.1 67 191.2 68 MAR 7 57088 -0.3 88 0.4 88 200.6 87 193.3 86 MAR 8 57089 -0.8 89 0.5 89 202.1 86 196.9 88 MAR 9 57090 -0.8 89 2.8 89 202.2 89 199.1 89 MAR 10 57091 0.4 90 2.9 90 201.7 89 200.6 89 MAR 11 57092 1.2 89 2.5 89 203.5 87 204.9 87 MAR 12 57093 2.5 89 1.8 89 203.9 87 208.4 87 MAR 13 57094 2.8 89 -0.5 89 204.0 83 210.9 83 MAR 14 57095 2.9 90 1.5 90 207.4 85 216.1 85 MAR 15 57096 3.4 89 1.6 89 209.2 89 219.8 89 MAR 16 57097 3.7 89 1.9 89 210.6 88 222.6 88 MAR 17 57098 3.2 88 2.3 88 212.3 88 225.0 88 MAR 18 57099 1.3 86 1.9 86 211.9 87 225.6 87 MAR 19 57100 0.9 89 1.5 89 212.2 89 226.6 89 MAR 20 57101 2.0 89 3.9 89 213.9 87 227.9 86 MAR 21 57102 3.1 89 3.3 89 216.3 84 229.7 84 MAR 22 57103 2.3 89 1.0 89 220.4 86 233.3 86 MAR 23 57104 2.0 89 1.5 89 223.6 87 234.7 87 MAR 24 57105 2.1 89 1.7 89 222.4 88 230.8 88 MAR 25 57106 2.9 89 2.4 89 219.9 89 225.6 86 MAR 26 57107 2.0 90 1.1 90 219.0 90 222.2 90 MAR 27 57108 1.1 89 0.6 89 218.3 85 218.8 85 MAR 28 57109 0.7 89 1.1 89 217.4 88 214.6 87 6 - Time links used for the computation of TAI and their uncertainties. The time links used in the elaboration of this Circular T are listed in this section. The technique for the link is indicated as follows: GPS SC for GPS all-in-view single-channel C/A data; GPS MC for GPS all-in-view multi-channel C/A data; GPS P3 for GPS all-in-view multi-channel dual-frequency P code data; GPS PPP for GPS Precise Point Positioning technique; GPS GT for 'GPS time' observations; GLN MC for GLONASS common-view multi-channel C/A data; GPSGLN for the combination of GPS MC and GLN MC links; TWGPPP/TWGPP3 for the combined smoothing of TWSTFT and GPS PPP/GPS P3; INT LK for internal cable link and TWSTFT for two-way satellite time and frequency transfer data. For each link, the following uncertainties are provided: uA is the standard uncertainty accounting for measurement noise and random effects with typical duration between 1 day and 30 days. uB is the estimated uncertainty of the calibration. The calibration type of the link is indicated as: GPS EC for GPS equipment calibration; TW EC for two-way equipment calibration; LC (technique) for a link calibrated using 'technique'; BC (technique) for a link calibrated using 'technique' to transfer a past equipment calibration through a discontinuity of link operation. DIC is used for direct internal calibration. The calibration dates indicate: the most recent calibration results for the two laboratories in the case of EC and the most recent calibration of the link in the case of LC and BC. NA stands for not available, in this case estimated values are provided.
